Fishing Seasons STRIPED BASS - ROCKFISH Trophy Season  Mid-April - May 15th One fish per person per day 28 inch minimum Summer/Fall Season* May 16th - December 31st Two fish per person per day 18 inch minimum, only one of the two fish may exceed 28 inches CROAKERS - HARDHEAD -- May 16th thru August 17th, evening charters available BLACK DRUM -- approximately May 24th thru June 15th BLUEFISH -- June 10th thru October 10th SPOT -- July 1st thru September 15th SEA TROUT -- August 15th thru November 15th SPANISH MACKEREL -- July 15th thru September 30th *Approximately mid-November, the “Marcy Lynn” will relocate to Point Lookout for the remainder of the Maryland/Virginia/Potomac River Seasons.
